90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A patch protocol needs weeks, not days, to become part of your routine — so we give you a full three months to decide. If AuraVita isn't for you, you get your money back, opened or unopened. This page spells out exactly how, with no small print hidden elsewhere.

What's covered

Every AuraVita patch product, bought at full price or on an offer, on a first order or on any recurring delivery. Opened boxes count — we expect you to have actually worn them. Multi-packs and stacks are covered as a whole, and you don't need to return unopened packs separately.

The window: 90 days from delivery

The clock starts on the day your parcel is delivered, as shown by the carrier's tracking, not on the day you ordered. You have 90 calendar days from that date to start a claim. For a recurring delivery, each box has its own 90-day window from its own delivery date, so a claim on your third box is judged from when your third box arrived.

How to claim, step by step

  1. Email returns@auravita.com from the address you ordered with, and put your order number in the subject line. That's the only thing we genuinely can't process a claim without.
  2. Tell us in a line or two which product it is and what didn't work. We're not testing you — it's how we improve formulas and photography — and no answer will be refused.
  3. We reply within one working day with your claim reference and, if a return is needed, the return address and instructions.
  4. If we've asked for the item back, post it within 14 days of that email using any tracked service, and send us the tracking number.
  5. We confirm by email the moment the refund is issued.

No form to fill in, no online portal to log into, and no requirement to phone anyone.

Do you have to send anything back?

Often not. For a single opened pack we usually refund without a return, because posting a part-used box back costs more than it's worth to us. For unopened packs, multi-packs and stacks we do ask for the unopened items back so they can be re-homed rather than binned. We'll tell you which applies in our first reply — please don't post anything before then, or we may not be able to match the parcel to your claim.

Return postage

Where a return is needed, standard tracked postage within the UK is on us: we send a prepaid label or refund the postage you paid on receipt. For EU returns we refund reasonable tracked postage against your receipt, up to the cost of standard tracked delivery from your country.

What you get back

The full price you actually paid for the item, including the shipping you paid on that order if you're returning the whole order. If you're returning part of a multi-item order, we refund the items and keep the original shipping, since the parcel was still shipped. There is no restocking fee and no admin charge, ever.

Refund timing

We issue refunds within 3 working days of approving a no-return claim, or within 3 working days of your return arriving. It's paid to the original payment method through Stripe, and your bank typically shows it within a further 3–5 working days. If it hasn't landed 10 working days after our confirmation email, forward that email to hello@auravita.com and we'll chase it with the payment provider.

Recurring deliveries

A guarantee claim doesn't automatically stop future deliveries, so tell us if you'd like the schedule cancelled too and we'll do both in one go — or cancel it yourself at any time as described on How Delivery Works.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

That isn't a guarantee claim, it's our mistake, and it's handled faster: email hello@auravita.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace the item at our cost, or refund it if you'd rather. Nothing needs to come back.

Fair use

The guarantee is one claim per customer per product — enough to try a patch properly, not a rolling free supply. Gift cards can't be refunded, and we may decline claims where there's clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated claims across multiple accounts or addresses. If we ever decline, we'll say why in writing.

Your statutory rights are separate

This guarantee sits on top of the law, it doesn't replace it. UK and EU customers keep the 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase and the right to a remedy if goods are faulty or not as described — see Returns & Refunds and Terms & Conditions.
