How Delivery Works
Patches only work when you actually wear them daily, so everything we sell arrives on a repeating schedule. That's the only reason recurring delivery exists here — not to trap you. Nothing below requires a phone call, and there is no minimum term.
Your first box ships immediately
As soon as your payment is confirmed we pick and pack your order, usually the same working day. You'll get an order confirmation straight away and a tracking link when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Then it repeats on the cycle you chose
The delivery cycle is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Every order repeats every 30 days. A single pack is a 30-day supply; a multi-pack is several months of supply delivered in one parcel, and it renews on the same 30-day cycle. Skip or cancel anytime. Whichever you choose, the renewal date and amount appear in your confirmation email.
You get a reminder before every renewal
We email you three days before each renewal is charged, with the date, the amount, the items and one-click links to skip, change the date or cancel. If you do nothing, the order ships as scheduled.
Skipping and changing
From the manage link in any of our emails you can skip the next delivery, push the date back, change the quantity, swap to a different patch, or update your delivery address and payment card. Changes made before the renewal charge apply to that delivery; changes made after it apply to the following one.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, in one place, with no cancellation fee and nobody trying to talk you out of it. Cancel before a renewal is charged and nothing further is taken; cancel after it and the already-paid box still ships to you — or you can return it under the guarantee.

Pricing on renewals
Your recurring price is the price shown at checkout, including any multi-pack saving you unlocked, and it stays the same for as long as your delivery runs. If we ever need to change it, we email you at least 14 days beforehand and you can cancel before the new price applies. Any limited-time introductory offer states its terms on the offer page.
Billing and failed payments
Each renewal is charged to the payment method saved with Stripe at your first order. If a payment fails — expired card, insufficient funds — we email you, retry over the following days and hold the parcel; nothing ships until payment succeeds. If it keeps failing we pause the delivery rather than charging you repeatedly.

Covered by the 90-day guarantee
Every recurring order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, opened or unopened. If a patch isn't right for you, swap it for a different one or take the refund — we'd rather you found the right patch than quietly stopped wearing one.

AuraVita patches are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition, check with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a daily patch.
