Shipping & Delivery
Patches are small and flat, so they post cheaply and land in a letterbox rather than needing you at home. Here's what you pay, when it leaves us, when it should arrive, and what happens if it doesn't.
Rates at a glance
Standard shipping is $5, and free on orders over $50. Express shipping is $15. Rates are per order, not per item, so a multi-pack or a stack ships for the same price as a single pack — which is usually enough on its own to clear the free-shipping threshold.
Currency and tax
Prices, including shipping, are displayed in the currency selected in the site header and converted at the current market rate, so the figure you see at checkout is the figure you agree to. VAT is included where applicable and shown on your invoice. UK orders carry no additional import charges.
Processing and cut-off
Orders are picked and packed within one working day. Anything placed before 1pm on a working day normally leaves the same day; orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking the moment the label is scanned.
UK delivery windows
Standard: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Express: 1–2 working days from dispatch. Both are tracked. Most patch orders fit through a standard letterbox, so you don't need to be in — larger multi-pack or stack orders may need a signature or be left with a neighbour at the carrier's discretion.
EU and international delivery windows
Western Europe is typically 3–7 working days from dispatch, and the rest of Europe 5–10. Other destinations we serve — North America, Asia-Pacific and Latin America — are typically 7–14 working days. Customs inspections can add a few days and are outside our control; tracking keeps updating throughout.
Where we ship
We ship across the UK and the EU, and to most countries in North America, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, at the same rates. We can't currently deliver to PO boxes in some countries, to a handful of remote territories, or anywhere subject to trade sanctions. If your address can't be served, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.
Customs, duties and import VAT
Orders travelling outside the destination's own customs union may attract import duties or taxes charged by the receiving country. Those charges are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately as food supplements at the price paid — we won't under-declare a shipment, as that's illegal and it's your parcel at risk. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the items but not the outbound shipping.
Recurring deliveries
Recurring orders use exactly these rates and the same free-shipping threshold — nothing changes after your first delivery, and there's no separate subscription shipping fee. Your parcel is dispatched on the renewal date shown in your reminder email; see How Delivery Works to move a date or skip a box.
Address changes
Email hello@auravita.com as soon as you spot a mistake. Before dispatch we can change anything. After dispatch we can't reroute a parcel, but we can help you arrange redelivery with the carrier. For recurring deliveries, update your address at least three days before the renewal date so it applies to the next parcel.
Tracking, and when tracking looks stuck
Every order ships tracked. Carrier scans can pause for a day or two mid-journey, especially at a customs handover, and that's normal. If there's been no movement for 10 working days on a UK order or 15 on an international one, that's a genuine problem.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
Email hello@auravita.com with your order number. Beyond the windows above we treat the parcel as lost and reship it or refund it, at your choice — we don't ask you to open a claim with the carrier yourself, and we don't make you wait 30 days. If a parcel arrives crushed or the patches are damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it at our cost.
Storing your patches
Keep pouches sealed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat until you use them. If a parcel has sat in a hot car or a sunny porch for a day, it's fine — the adhesive recovers at room temperature. If a pouch has been punctured in transit, don't wear that patch; tell us and we'll replace it.
