Returns & Refunds
There are two separate ways to send an AuraVita order back, and you can use whichever suits you: your statutory 14-day right to change your mind, or our own 90-day money-back guarantee, which is deliberately more generous. This page explains both.
Route 1 — the statutory 14-day cancellation right
As a UK or EU consumer buying at distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Tell us within that window (email is fine), then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Items should come back in a resaleable condition — you may open a pack to inspect it, as you would in a shop, but a pack that's been worn through is handled under the guarantee instead. We refund the item price plus the standard outbound shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Route 2 — our 90-day money-back guarantee
Ninety days from delivery, opened or unopened, worn daily or abandoned after a week — if the patch isn't for you, you get your money back. This is the route most customers use, because a patch needs weeks to become a habit. The full mechanics, including whether anything needs to be posted back, are on the Guarantee page.
How to start either one
Email returns@auravita.com from the address you ordered with, with your order number in the subject line and one line saying which product and why. We reply within one working day with a claim reference and, where a return is needed, the return address. Please wait for that reply before posting anything — unannounced parcels are hard to match to an order and slow your refund down.
Return postage
Under the guarantee, standard tracked UK postage is on us and reasonable tracked EU postage is refunded against your receipt. Under the statutory 14-day route, return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or wrong. Always use a tracked service and keep the receipt — until it reaches us, the parcel is your risk.
Refund method and timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; we can't refund to a different card or as bank transfer. We issue within 3 working days of approving a no-return claim or receiving your return, and your bank usually shows it within a further 3–5 working days. You'll get an email confirming the exact amount.
Partial returns and multi-packs
You can return part of an order. We refund the items you send back; original shipping stays with us in that case, because the parcel was still delivered. For a multi-pack or stack bought at a bundle price, returning part of it means the bundle discount no longer applies to the packs you keep, so the refund is calculated on what you'd have paid for those packs alone. We show that maths in the confirmation email rather than making you work it out.
Recurring deliveries
Returning a box doesn't cancel your future deliveries. Say the word in your email and we'll cancel the schedule at the same time, or manage it yourself as described on How Delivery Works. If a box is already on its way when you cancel, you can refuse the parcel or return it under the guarantee.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Our mistake, our cost, and much quicker: email hello@auravita.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund the item. Nothing needs to be posted back, and none of this affects your legal rights over faulty goods.
Skin reaction
Stop wearing the patch and tell us — you're covered by the 90-day guarantee, and we'd genuinely like to know which formula and where on the body, because it helps us improve the adhesive and the wear instructions.
What we can't refund
Gift cards, and orders where the 90-day window has closed. If a claim is outside the window, write to us anyway; we look at the circumstances rather than the calendar alone.
